Online courses provided by teachers as educational services to students are referred to as "Marketplace Offerings." By using the Site and/or the Marketplace Offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agree to be legally bound by all of these Terms of Use. YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND/OR THE MARKETPLACE OFFERINGS AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE.
Aside from those that are expressly included herein by reference, the Site may from time to time post other terms and conditions or documents. We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion, to change or amend these Terms of Use. You are not permitted to use the site or the marketplace offerings for any improper or unlawful purposes, nor are you permitted to break any laws by using the marketplace offerings. Intoxicants of any kind, illicit narcotics or other unlawful products, alcoholic beverages, chance games, and pornography or graphic adult content, photographs, or other adult merchandise are a few examples of unlicensed marketplace offerings. If you post any illegal goods or content, your account could be immediately terminated and you'd lose access to the site forever.
We are a service provider and do not guarantee the reliability, suitability, efficacy, completeness, correctness, timeliness, pricing, or legality of any of the data on the site or the marketplace offerings that are advertised or made available through the site. You acknowledge that the information on the site does not constitute a representation that may be relied upon in a reasonable manner, and you agree to indemnify us for any mistakes, omissions, or misrepresentations therein. The Site is only offered for informational and advertising reasons; we do not endorse or suggest any particular Marketplace offerings
It's possible that in order to view the marketplace offerings, you must first register with the site. You acknowledge that all use of your account and password will be under your control and undertake to keep them both confidential. If, in our sole judgment, you have chosen an unsuitable, objectionable, or otherwise undesirable username, we reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or replace it.
The Terms of Service are subject to change, addition, or removal by Digital Coaching Walla at any time without prior notice, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Users can look up the "Last Updated" legend above to find out when the Terms of Service were last updated. It is exclusively the responsibility of the user to periodically evaluate Digital Coaching Walla, including any changes or revisions that may be added from time to time by Digital Coaching Walla, in line with the relevant legislation. The user's continued use of the service constitutes his/her acceptance of all current terms of service.
Upon the User's subscription for the Services, all or a portion of the Services may be made available to the User. Even if some Services are presently provided by Digital Coaching Walla without charge, the User understands and accepts that in the future, a price or charge may be associated with the Service's membership.
The subscription charge for access to specific Services or the entire Service is subject to change at any time, with or without notice by Digital Coaching Walla. However, unless Digital Coaching Walla receives the User's prior consent to subscribe to such Service, the User will never be charged for access to the Services (s).
Digital Coaching Walla will notify the User in advance if any point in the future it decides to charge a subscription fee for elements of the Services that are now free. After that, the User may close his or her account whenever they choose. The User is responsible for billing and paying all fees and charges. Through his or her account, User is responsible for paying any relevant taxes related to the use of the Services.
The User may need to pay additional fees to fully access such products if the membership for particular Services enables access to areas that contain other products. These supplementary fees will be made explicit. The User may be subject to other supplemental expenses when using the Service, such as telecommunications fees, data fees, or service provider fees. All such fees must be paid in full by the user.
Digital coaching walla shall not be liable, at any time for any, direct, indirect, exemplary, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential, damages (including, without limitation, damage to the User’s computer system damages for loss of profits or damages for loss of business) whether such claim is based in warranty, contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of Digital coaching walla’s websites/desktop applications and Services, with the delay or inability to use Digital coaching walla’s websites/desktop applications and Services, with the interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, or with the unauthorized use of any content made available as a feature of the Services on Digital coaching walla websites/desktop applications.
For any reason, including without limitation a violation or assignment of these Terms of Service, Digital Coaching Walla may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend the User's access to all or a portion of the Services. The right to prohibit IP addresses from accessing Digital Coaching Walla's server is reserved (s).
For the classes that a student has already attended, there will be no refunds.
All requests for class cancellations should be sent to support@digitalcoachingwalla.com.
A student's request for a refund will only be taken into consideration if it comes from their registered email address.
At least 24 hours before to the next scheduled session for a subject, a student must cancel that subject's classes.
A refund request following a student's cancellation of classes will only be taken into consideration by Digital coaching walla if it is appropriate. When we get a refund request, we will investigate it and start the procedure for approving or rejecting it. The acceptance or denial of the refund request will be sent to the student by mail to their registered email address.
In the event that Digital Coaching Walla discontinues or cancels sessions for a subject, the student will receive a straight refund to their wallet for the amount spent. This refunded sum cannot be greater than the total amount the student has paid.
The reimbursement amount to the student will be determined based on the number of remaining classes if digital coaching walla discontinues classes for a subject before the full number of sessions have been completed.
The student's wallet will be credited with the return amount. The student may use this sum to cover the cost of any subsequent classes. Refunds won't be transferred to your bank account (from which the payment was made by the student).
